We will work our way through various stations with different exercises. I will adapt the exercises so that everyone can participate.


We will train for 45 minutes.



Dancing



Latin, African, street dance, etc. We will dance all around the world in 45 minutes.


You will be able to participate even if you have never danced before.



UFW Kardo



Ultimate Fight Workout is cardio exercise that combines techniques from karate and kick-boxing.


We will train for 45 minutes and everyone can participate even if you have no prior knowledge of karate and kick-boxing.



Powerwalk on the beach



Powerwalking is an excellent form of exercise with multiple benefits. When you powerwalk, you burn almost as many calories as you would running, while improving your fitness level significantly.


We will powerwalk for 45 minutes while enjoying the beautiful beach in Agadir.
